This Privacy Policy applies to the Pocket Hockey Manager mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Slapsoft (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.
What information does the App collect and how is it used?The App collects information that you provide when you download and register with the App. Registration with the App is mandatory in order to use its basic features.
The service provider may also use the information you provide to contact you with important information and necessary notifications.
User identification and loginThe application uses the Google Firebase Authentication service to identify users and manage logins. Firebase Authentication enables secure login using an email address and password. The user's email address is stored as part of the identification data in the Google Firebase service (Google LLC), which acts as the personal data processor. The email address is not stored separately in the application provider's own systems, but is stored only in the Firebase service.
However, the service provider has access to view email addresses in the Firebase management interface and they may be used to identify and manage the user account, for example in connection with account recovery, processing a deletion request, or responding to user support. The email address is used only for user account management and is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
Firebase may process data outside the EU/EEA, but Google complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provides appropriate safeguards, such as EU-approved Model Contractual Clauses or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The app does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Can third parties see and/or access the information collected by the Application?Only aggregated and anonymous information is occasionally shared with external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and their services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

You can easily prevent all data collection from the App by deleting it. You can use the standard deletion processes of your mobile device or the app store or network.
Data retention policyThe Service Provider will retain the information provided by the User for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period of time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete the information you have provided through the Application, please contact us at contact@slapsoft.fi, and your message will be responded to within a reasonable period of time.
Deleting an accountThe Service Provider may delete a user account and all related data at any time without notice or reason. This may occur if the user violates these Terms of Use.
The User may delete their account from the Application at any time. This will delete all of the User's data from the Application.

Why do we need access to the phone's photo gallery?
The app requests access to your photo gallery so you can select and upload the photo you want to use as your team logo.
How will your photo be processed?
The photo you choose will be stored in Google Cloud Storage. This will make your logo available in the app and you can use it to showcase your team. Your image will only be kept until you delete it from the app or change your logo.
Please note that the URL of the logo you use is publicly available, and anyone can download the image to their own device.
Can I delete a photo?
Yes, you can delete a photo at any time from the app. This will also delete the photo from Google Cloud Storage.
In-app messagesThe application allows users to send messages to each other. The messages are stored in the database as is, without being encrypted.
The service provider does not use messages for any purpose other than transmitting them between users.
The service provider is not responsible for the content of the messages or any possible damage they may cause.
Messages sent by the user will be removed from the game content immediately upon deletion of the user account. Messages will be stored on the server for a maximum of 90 days, unless their retention is necessary for a possible legal dispute or investigation.
ChildrenChildren under the age of 13 may not use the Application without the consent of their parents or guardians.
The application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 years of age has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete the information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider ( contact@slapsoft.fi), so that they can take the necessary action.
The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. It uses physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect the information during its processing and storage.
ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. It is recommended that you check this Privacy Policy regularly for changes, as continued use will be deemed acceptance of any changes.

Your consentBy using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, now and in subsequent changes.
